Client is responsible for initiating contact (by logging into video chat, calling in to meeting, or showing up to the correct location) with Career Coach for every scheduled session as agreed. If Client fails to make contact at the appointed time, no refund is given. If Client needs to cancel an appointment, 24 hours notice must be provided to Career Coach.

There is a fee of 25% for no-shows or cancellations less than 24 hours before scheduled appointments for second and subsequent occurrences.

All Client information is held confidential by Career Coach.

Career Coaching, Professional Resume Prep, and completion/analysis of Strong Interest Inventory results do not guarantee employment or career satisfaction.

Client agrees to
 Meet scheduled appointments
 Make payments on time
 Complete research and/or submit documents according to agreed upon schedule
 Inform Career Coach of difficulties or issues raised from the coaching sessions/program/résumé

Custom Career Coach agrees to
 Deliver written products according to agreed upon schedule
 Meet client at appointed sessions (online, via telephone, or in person as agreed)
 Allow client latitude in session discussions, but keep client focused
 Inform client of issues or problems stemming from the coaching process
 Provide resources to support next steps along with analysis and explanation of SII results.

Resume Terms of Service:
If resume package purchased: Company is hereby contracted to create and produce a résumé or other written career search marketing tools for individual named on this page. Client acknowledges that all fees are for creative services and are not cancelable, transferable, or refundable.
Company is not responsible for errors on client originals after proofreading by client (including typographical, spelling, grammatical, address, or content errors). Client hereby agrees that Company is not responsible for any inaccurate, incorrect, or misleading information in the prepared materials and client has an opportunity to review the materials and approve the entire content prior to delivery and/or reproduction.
Client is aware that any discretionary revisions made after the final prints are prepared are subject to additional charges. Fees are quoted for specific documents(s)/services(s); placing résumés online, Internet research, or coaching is charged at an additional hourly rate to be agreed upon before that work commences. Client agrees that a faxed or electronic signature is legal and binding.
